The 31 year-old is drawn to meet ABF Tour Thailand semifinalist, Irene Garcia of the Philippines and if she can win her Round 1 match, she may have a smooth passage to a semi final spot with one of the two newcomers and ABF Tour debutants Apple Posadas or Elaine Florencio of the Philippines in Round 2.
At the other end of the women's draw table, current Asian Ranked No. 1, Liza del Rosario is matched against 2002 World Ranking Masters champion, Jennifer Tan of Singapore while 2003 AMF World Cup runner-up, Jojo Canare is drawn against fellow-countrywoman and 2003 World Championship Trios Gold medalist, Liza Clutario, which promises to be an exicting match.
