It gives us great pleasure to invite your bowlers to participate in the 7th DIBC Open Bowling Tournament 2019 scheduled on 24 - 30 March, 2019 at Dubai International Bowling Centre, Al Mamzar, Dubai, UAE.
Qualifying Rounds start on March 1 for local players with the final week prioritized for overseas bowlers. Room rates are quoted in UAE Dirham, per room per night:
- Room rates are inclusive of 7% Municipality Fee, 10% Service Charge and 5% VAT.
- Room rates are inclusive of Tourism Dirham fee AED 20.00 per occupied room per night.
- Room rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast.
- Room rates are inclusive of 2 pieces of laundry per person per day for single occupancy room and 4 pieces of laundry per person per day for double occupancy room.
- Room rates are inclusive of wireless internet access.
- Movepick Hotel Apartments Al Mamzar Dubai reserves the right to amend the rates should the number of rooms decrease from initial inquiry.
- Please note that offer will be valid for the whole month of March effective from today till first week of April for any day and any length of stay.
- Room rates are applicable for the above-mentioned group/dates only.
Rooming List:
- The hotel should receive the participants rooming list at least 14 days prior to the arrival of the group.
- On receipt of the rooming list, rooms not utilized will be returned to the general availability of the hotel and cancellation policies will apply.
- The rooming list must state guest's names and room category required according to this agreement.
- All changes and cancellations can be made verbally and then confirmed in writing.
- All no shows will be charged for the entire stay.
Check-in and check-out time:
- The hotel check-in time is from 14:00 hrs.
