The Malaysian Tenpin Bowling Congress (MTBC) wishes to extend our invitation to your federation/congress/association to participate in the upcoming 23rd Asian Junior Tenpin Bowling Championships 2024 to be held at Sunway Mega Lanes, Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia from 16 - 23 June 2024.
The 22nd Asian Junior Tenpin Bowling Championships will be conducted in accordance with Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 of International Bowling Federation Statutes and Playing Rules as of September 2019.
Each Federation is allowed to submit a maximum of two boys' teams and two girls' teams.
The official delegation shall include:
- A maximum four boy athletes and four girl athletes for each team
- Coaches for athletes
- Administrators for athletes
- Medical Officers including doctor, sport psychologist and sport physiotherapist
*Only those born on or after January 1, 2006 are eligible to participate in the 23rd Asian Junior Tenpin Bowling Championships.
The Official Delegation is invited to all official functions including the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception as well as the Victory Banquet.

The deadline to submit the intention of participation is on or before 15 March 2024. *Please return Form A even if your federation does not intend to participate in the 23rd Asian Junior Tenpin Bowling Championships.

Room rates are inclusive of the followings:
- All prevailing taxes including the mandatory RM10.00 nett Tourism Tax (TTx) to all non-Malaysian guests.

- Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet Access (In-Room)
All reservations must be made directly to Malaysian Tenpin Bowling Congress, first night room charge guarantee of all the rooms reserved MUST be made directly to relevant hotel before booking could be confirmed. Please refer to the respective form for the payment methods of the guarantee. Deadline for reservation is 15 April 2024. Deadline for room cancellation is 16 May 2024. Forfeiture of the first night room charge of the rooms booked applied if cancellation is made after the deadline or for no show. Room booking is subject to availability.
