It is with great pleasure that I extend this official invitation to you and members of your Federation/Association/Congress/Bowling Clubs to participate in the 37th Singapore International Open Bowling Championships, to be held from 2 - 10 September 2004 in Marina South, Victor's Superbowl.

This tournament is sanctioned by ABF and WTBA and is an Asian Ranking Tournament. We have reserved the last 3 qualifying days of the tournament for overseas bowlers and with the expected large number of participants, we would urge you to send your reservations early. Local bowlers will be allowed to play only if there are vacancies.

The official hotel is Copthorne King's Hotel at Havelock Road, about 15 minutes by transport to the tournament venue. There will be 4 shuttle service daily to the bowling center for those staying in the Official Hotel. The room rate is:

Single/Double occupancy :	SGD98.00 nett, with breakfast
Extra bed :	SGD45.00 nett with breakfast

The inaugural ABF Tour Singapore Leg will be held at the same venue on 11 - 12 September 2004 and the official hotel will also be Copthorne King's Hotel.
