On behalf of Penang Tenpin Bowling Association, host of the 26th Asian Intercity Bowling Championship, the Asian Intercity Bowling Council hereby presents Bulletin No. 2 of the aforementioned event.

Included in this bulletin is the information pertaining to the hotel accommodations provided by the host city. In accordance to our previous Assembly meeting held in Singapore, a two tier accommodation has been provided.

The above hotel quotations are inclusive of Breakfast. The quoted rates are only applicable through the Tournament Secretariat. Room Reservations must be made before September 15, 2012 to avail the posted rates.

Please be advised that the deadline to submit registration/confirmation of participation for the captioned championship is on July 15, 2012. The form is provided on page 10 of this bulletin.

Additionally, deadline to submit Nomination forms for the elections which will be held during the Asian Intercity Bowling Council General Assembly for the term of 2013-2016 as well as proposals to the Assembly meeting is on August 10, 2012.

Members with the intention of running for the office of President, Vice Presidents, Honorary Secretary-Treasurer and Executive Committee Members must submit nomination forms to be eligible for the elections.
