Federations that intended to participate in the championships and which have not submitted their official entry form together with 2 passport size photos of their team officials and bowlers, bowler's information form, flight and accommodation information form, media accreditation form are requested to do so immediately.

Flight Schedule and Hotel Bookings
Participating federations, which have yet to submit their flight schedules and hotel bookings are requested to do so as soon as possible.
Photographs
All participating federations are reminded to send by mail to the host federation 2 passport size photos of their Team Officials and bowlers as soon as possible for inclusion into the Souvenir Programme.
Entry Fee
Entry Fee is US$50.00 per bowler and official. All entry fees in cash in US DOLLARS would be collected during the Team Manager Meeting on February 8, 2004.
National Anthem and Flags
All participating federations are reminded to provide the host federation with 3 national flags (1 meter x 2 meters) and 1 audiotape of its national anthem upon arrival. |
