On behalf of the Jaya Ancol Bowling Center, it is with great pleasure that we invite you and the members of your respective Federation/ Association/ Bowling Clubs/ Affiliates to participate in the "1st Ancol Open Bowling Championship" (1st ANCOL) which will be held at the Jaya Ancol Bowling Center in Jakarta from 6 to 15 November, 2008.

This tournament is sanctioned by the Asian Bowling Federation and will be conducted under FIQ/WTBA Rules and Regulations. This tournament will serve as the qualifying round for the Indonesia Leg of the ABF Tour 2008, which will take place on the 16th November at the same venue.

The official hotel is the newly built, Aston Mediterania Marina service apartment, which is 5 minutes walk from the bowling center. The hotel has provided us with a special rate of Rp. 215.000 (approx. US$47),- nett per night per person or Rp. 430,000 for double/twin sharing, inclusive of breakfast. You may opt for the two-bedroom type apartment which can accommodate up to 5 person. Hotel reservation form is enclosed for your convenience.

The 1st ANCOL Rules and Regulations, Prizes, Squad Schedules, as well as Entry Form are available. Presently, we have given priorities to overseas bowlers on the last 4 qualifying days. However, to ensure your preferred squad schedules, we encourage that you send your confirmations at your earliest convenience.

As Indonesia has recently altered its visa policies, please kindly take special note on the Visa Requirements information that is applicable to members of your delegates.
