The tournament is a singles event and qualification is 9 games (3+3+3). In the qualifications and re-entries, the bowlers will be divided into squads with 4 bowlers on a pair of lanes. Each squad will play 3 games. There will be a draw before each squad for lane assignment. The player will play his 3 games on same pair of lanes. All bowlers must finish playing his 3 games. When a re-entry (3 games) has been played, and the total score of these 3 games are higher then any earlier 3 games total score, it will replace the lowest 3 game series.
The most attractive part of the International Tournament is the Prize Money, this year the prize money is 150.000 USD from which the winner takes 40,000 USD.
